This release is Freeware.
This virtual scenery were created by César Carrasco and may be used freely as an ad-on scenery for Microsoft's Flight Simulator under the condition that you do not charge money for the scenery.
If you decide to use the textures or other elements of this scenery, please give credit to the author - ( César Carrasco ) in your included text. This archive can be distribute freely and place on internet servers with free access.

This scenery is set for normal level; for those with less powerfull computers, static objects and planes are set to "very dense."

INSTALLATION: Unzip the 3 zip packages in a temporary folder and chose which "scenery2k" or scenery2k2" folder you want to install and rename it "scenery." In the FS2000/Scenery or FS2002/ADDON SCENERY directory create a new folder called VALDIVIA, and include in it the folder scenery that you renamed, and the one called texture (works for both FS versions).

It should look like this: FS2000/scenery/VALDIVIA/
scenery
texture

FS2002/ADDON SCENERY/VALDIVIA/
scenery
texture

Open either folder C:/FS2000/scenery.cfg or FS2002/scenery.cfg and look for the scenery.cfg file (it is at the bottom of the list of FS2000 subfolders and files) This file contains the listing of the FS2000 scenery library. At the end of the listing copy and paste on of the paragraphs below (the fist one for FS2000 and the second one for FS2002):

[Area.0**]
Title=VALDIVIA
Local=SCENERY\VALDIVIA\scenery
Active=TRUE
Layer=**

[Area.***]
Title=VALDIVIA
Local=ADDON SCENERY\VALDIVIA\scenery
Remote=
Active=TRUE
Required=TRUE
Layer=***

IMPORTANT: the asterisk indicates the number you should give to the scenery area level. If the previous one is [Area.090 or 135] for instance, then you should write [Area.091 or 136] in the first line, and Layer=9 in the fifth line. You must do this in order to make the scenery work.

CREDITS: This scenery was created using Airpor260 by T. Hiscox & B. McWilliams. The macros (buildings, some vehicles, other objects) and its textures were created by me. Other static objects, vehicles, etc. are from Gabriel Concha, John de Langristin, Yousuke Taga and other authors of the static planes. Many thanks to these designers.
