Brief airport reference:

Being the aerodrome of one of the most important cities of the Atlantic Coast
in Buenos Aires province, Necochea airport is an entrance door to agro-related businesses
and Quequén harbour. It receives flights of LADE (Líneas Aéreas Del Estado), operated with
Fokker F-27 aircraft from the Argentine Air Force.
Likewise, the Necochea Flying Club is located in the north sector of the aerodrome, where
Cessna 152, Piper PA-38 Tomahawk, Piper PA-11 aircraft and a Blanik L13 sailplane are based.
The aerodrome is also the center of operations of numerous local fumigators.

Scenery information:

This scenery includes the representation of the air terminal, the two grass runways
(missing in the default airport) and the hangars and flying club facilities. All buildings
where designed with the current FS2004 design techniques, as well as the airport terrain.

The scenery includes three hangars, two of which they have opening doors. To open each
hangar's doors it is necessary to tune two frequencies in the NAV1 (one for each hangar),
being these 111.00 MHz and 112.00 MHz, for the north and south hangars respectively.
When the frequency is set, the doors open and when it is disabled or changed, the doors
close again.

In addition to the airport, the project also includes the cities of Necochea and Quequén,
whose coastlines were correctly modified by Marcelo Schettini, including now a correct
location of the harbour and the Quequén River estuary.

Special thanks:

> To Adrián Fernández Gómez, who guided me with the new FS2004 design techniques with
a lot of patience.
> To Daniel Mauricio Bergés, who constantly adviced me and explained me certain design
issues which were very important.
> To Agustín Issín, who supported me with great images of the airport which helped me
with the design of the airport (mainly the flying club sector) and who also supported me
with important airport information and characteristics that I had to take into account.
> To Edgardo Giménez Mazó, that, thanks to his site AeropuertosArg.com.ar, I was
able to know even more about the airport, as well as to obtain pictures of it.
> To Arno Gerretsen, creator of useful design tools for FS2004, mainly in animation issues.
> To Lee Swordy, AFCAD 2.21 creator, and to gmax creators. Without these software, nothing
could have been possible.
> To the forum members of AeropuertosArg.com.ar that with their observations
and patience helped a lot.
