This file (version 601a) permanently fixes a configuration conflict between traffic changer version 601 released on June 1, 2006 and earlier versions causing 601 to have a file not found error at startup only for users upgrading from earlier versions.
Please run this setup to replace version 601 with 601a and accept my apologies for this inconvenience.
Version 601 must have been previously installed as it includes ActiveX components used by traffic changer that are not included in this update.
