A quick backround on myself:

I am new to the scenery development scene. It had always been my dream to be able to add
to the default fs environment but I was never successful at it until Rwy12 came along.
My passion is private lodges, hidden places deep in the back country that remain unknown
to most. This particular project is my very first, and is somewhat rudimentary, while
at the same time unique. For many years I have been using countless addons developed by
the dedicated and talented individuals of our community, and I'm happy to finally be
able to give a little back.

*This is only the first in a number of locations I intend to develop. All will be
remote, private, and nowhere near civilization! Any suggestions as to new locations
are more than welcome.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scenery Notes:

*Backstory- Seeing as this Getaway is located in a highly remote location atop a mountain,
construction was accomplished by helicoptering in all materials, and paying work crews
to camp on location in order to maximize efficiency. This is no 5 Star resort, but
neither is it a shotty rustic cabin. It is a comfortable place to stay, and comes
with it's own set of amenities, including two boats to use on the small lake the cabin
is located infront of. Whether looking to get away from the hectic life on the line of
you'r VA, looking for a romantic trip for you and the wife, or for a family vacation
(assuming you can land a plane large enough to transport that number of people!), this
is the location for you. When you see the view, you'll understand why it's so hard to
get a hold of a reservation here!

**IMPORTANT: THE DIFFICULTY in landing on the "runway" which has been marked with
CONES, will be DIRECTLY RELATED to your AUTOGEN DENSITY setting. Anything other than
"EXTREMELY DENSE", will cause the trees which tower over the landing area of the runway
to dissapear. The trees which block the runway are a natural part of the default scenery
and as such I cannot change this.

*There is only one way in and one way out. Succesfully completing a missed approach
past a certian point is most unlikely. Once you're committed to landing, there's no
turning back!

*Please view approach.jpg, and landing_options.jpg for explanation of how and where it's
recommended to land.

INSTALLATION:

REQUIRED for scenery to work correctly:

In order for this scenery to show correctly (or at all),
the following are REQUIRED to be installed...

#1) Rwy12 & Librarys by Isreal Roth and Seev Kahn
rwy12_program_v1.2.zip
rwy12_lib1_v1.2.zip
rwy12_lib2_v1.2.zip
rwy12_lib3_v1.2.zip

(Note: In the future I hope to re-release this scenery with all files included, negating
the necessity to have Rwy12 installed, but for now it will be required. In any case,
it's a great program and I think everyone should have it irreguardless)

#2) US North Cascades Mountains and Northwest Washington Coast by Holger Sandmann
us_wa_nc.zip

(This is an excellent addon for the WA area and vitally necessary in order for this
scenery to display correctly. This scenery has thus far been untested in use without
Mr. Sandmann's scenery enhancements)

-------------------
Installing Scenery:
-------------------

(The following assumes you have already installed the two packages listed above
CORRECTLY, as depicted by the instructions they provide.)-

**After extracting this zip into a temporary directory, take "Scenic_Mt_Getaway_1.BGL"
and copy it into \FS9\Addon Scenery\Static Objects Library\Scenery.

(Note: If this folder does not already exist, you have not installed Rwy12 correctly,
and the scenery will not show up. Simply creating the folder manually will not suffice).

You shouldn't have to activate anything in the scenery library seeing as you will
already have activated this folder with your installation of Rwy12. It won't work in
any other folder unless you have a unique installation of Rwy12 and know exactly what
you're doing.

If Flight Simulator is running you must restart it.

THAT'S ALL! Look above, under "Scenery Notes" to find the coordinates which you may
enter into your map to start at the cabin.

Uninstalling Scenery:

This is as simple as deleting Scenic_Mt_Getaway_1.BGL
from FS9\Addon Scenery\Static Objects Library\Scenery.
Once this file is gone, the scenery will cease to exist.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Acknowlegments:

-Isreal Roth and Seev Kahn for the wonderful, Rwy12

-Holger Sandmann for his, "US North Cascades Mountains and Northwest Washington Coast"

-All of the many developers who have made their work avaliable in the Rwy12 Libraries

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lagalities:

We've all read these hundreds of times, and I wouldn't blaim you for skipping right over
this generic statement, but I need to protect myself and I'll do it as quickly and
painlessly as possible.

This package is strictly FREEWARE and is being released to public domian on the
following conditions: 1)Anyone making ANY modifications to this package, and/or anyone
redistributing this package must notify me. No permission is required, only
notification. 2)I am given appropriate credit for the work I have done.

I accept NO responsibility for ANY damage done to your system. If you follow the
instructions above, there should be no problems but if there happens to be, understand
that you install this package, and all those I have required/recomended at
YOU OWN RISK! By installng this scenery, you accept these terms.

Finally, thank you for downloading my scenery.
I hope you enjoy it!
