Information to the user
-----------------------
Blexen is part of Nordenham, the city on the west bank of the river Weser
Opposite on the east bank you can find the city of Bremerhaven.

The Blexen scenery is a preliminary outcome of my work on the Bremerhaven
scenery.
Since Blexen has no ICAO-ID I gave it the ID "EDWW", which is not being used
in real life at this time. With this EDWW ID you can call Blexen Tower on the
radio for landing and starting or wheather information. Blexen serves gliders,
motorglides and UL-planes but a Cessna will start and land there as well.

You can find the necessary airport information in the file PLANEDWW.jpg.
The ATIS service is provided by the EDWB Tower. Therfore you will hear the
Bremerhaven Info.

You can find a further enhancement to this scenery, by downloading the file
Lighthouses.zip. which includes 4 lighthouses on the river Weser. I placed
this file a couple weeks ago on the same servers (SurClaro.com & SurClaro)

If you have comments or questions to this and the upcomming scenery, please
do not hesitate to contact me via Email: frank_h_lucke@yahoo.de

A LOOK INTO THE FUTURE
-----------------------
I am currently working on the 3rd release of my Bremerhaven (EDWB) scenery
Blexen is an early outcome of this work. Since the Bremerhaven scenery
will have AI traffic according to a flightplan (form OLT) I included here
the files for the traffic EDWB <--> EDWW and further more.

In the ATC_AI directory of this package you find a modified airlines.cfg which includes
the airlines for the AI Traffic from Bremerhaven to Blexen (a Piper).
This will also be used when the Bremerhaven scenery will be finshed.
For that reason you might want to download the OLT Britten Norman Airplanes.
OLT (Ostfriesieche Luft Transport) is the local airline which has a daily schedule
from Bremerhaven to Helogland. This flightplan and others will be included in the
final release of the Bremerhaven scenery.
For those of you, who are not familiar with the nessessary steps to load AI traffic,
please do not use it right now. You will find detailed instructions within the Bremerhaven
release.
You can have a quick glance on the Bremerhaven scenery, when you look at some of the
Sreenshot pictures. Some portions of Bremerhaven can be seen on the horizon.

plus the many unknown authors and developpers who worked on the above programs.
A special Thank goes to Manfred Schmidt form Soest. Wihtout his help, this scenery would
not be possible, since I am living in Frankfurt am Main and Blexen is about 580 Km away
from Frankfurt.
Manfred provided images and information on the spot and as much as possible.
THanks for that superb job.
Manfred has some nice aireal pictures on his homepages: www.nordlichtspots.de
and www.airbus-wlv.de and information on the airport and the airbus flying school.
