REPLACEMENT OF STANDARD "SPLASH SCREEN" (startup screen)
Just make a backup of your dlgsplash.bmp file in the Uires folder in FS9,
rename one of the files "dlgsplash.bmp" and place it in the Uires folder.

I also recommend using "splash screen randomiser" which is part of
the powerful FlightSimManager available form Ranainside at
