ABOUT THE SCENERY:

Here I go again. I have know idea what the airport really looks like, but I couldn't resist doing it. It's all just for fun anyway. There are not too many pictures or information about the airports on the internet nowadays, especially since 9/11, and I guess it should be that way. Antway, I hope you enjoy this scenery. Created with FSDS2, you will need to donwload the following if you don't already have them: ASDv2.1, Nova, Nova Gold, (all downloadable from SurClaro), and NovaSim, (download from www.fsnova.com), textures. There is a textures I am including with this download called chevron.r8 simply because I am not sure where I got the texture from. It may have been the VOD texture series. the AFCAD2 file has been modified with parking designations. Only certain aircraft will park at a certain spot ie; a Baron 58 will park at parking space 1 if it's available. If you change the aircraft in the flight plans, you may have to change the parking designations in AFCAD2. There is an AI aircraft list below that was used in the scenery. As usual, you may have to adjust the AC#'s to suit the sequence of your list. For the people who have Lago's FSE 2004, I've included an eye candy file. I guess that covers it, have an enjoyable time.

INSTALLATION:

AFTER UNZIPPING THE FILE KDVO_V1.ZIP TO A TEMPORARY FOLDER, HOPEFULLY, YOU ARE READING THIS README FILE.

If you don't have them already, download Lee Swordy's Traffic Tools v2x and AFCAD2. Follow the instructions from the files and install them onto your system. While you're at it, download the texture files and put them into the main FS texture folder.

Using the folders switch, unzip the file kdvo_scen.zip to the drive where you have your FS. Using your file manager (Windows Explorer) check to make sure that all the files are in their proper folder.

C:\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files should have CA - Gnoss Field FLT and WX files
Drive:\FS2004\Addon Scenery\scenery should have AF2_KDVO.bgl
Drive:\FS2004\Scenery\World\scenery should have TrafficGnoss.bgl
Drive:\fs2k4_scenery\KDVO\scenery should have the *.bgl scenery files
Drive:\FS2004\Texture should have the chevron.r8 texture
If you have Lago's FSE 2004, then check the following:
Drive:\FS2004\Lago\FSE\Data\should have Gnoss.SE2

You should be ready to fly. Happy landings!
