South African

South African claims that they now boasts the most modern 747-400 fleet in the world, with the average age of the 747-400 fleet being just over two years. They have 6 Rolls Royce powered 747-444s and also 2 General Electric powered 747-4F6s (which were originally ordered by Philliphines airlines but were cancelled). As well as 747-300s and 747-200s (some use as cargo), they use their 767s and 737800s and 737200s for their domestic routes. They striked a deal with airbus to renew their fleet, and currently on order are A330s and A340s, as well as a319, a320s.
