THE MODEL

The model and singularly its panel is intended to be a copy of my
real Nimbus 3/24.5
Immatriculation: F-CFTO
Based at Beynes, the glider airfield closest to Paris.
Call "Tango Oscar" on 120.42

FS98/Pilots folder
3. Unzip the Gauges.zip to another temporary folder and copy the
content in your FS98\gauges folder;
4. Move the whole Nimbus3 folder to your FS98\aircraft folder.
5. Fly!

Works best with 1024x768 resolution.

FLIGHTS

Take-off with the menu "exact location", type your desired altitude
(QNH) and speed. GO! The winch tow is quite fast.
Even quicker: have a launch with the menu "Select Flight", pick
"Nimbus 3/24.5 launched over Chicago".

Enjoy your flights!
Do aerobatics if you will- the original is not certified for that-
but don't make off-field landings: the trailer is not available !

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:

Great thanks to Max Roodveldt who showed me the way with his SHK
panel and provided his wonderful metric instruments and command
gauges (see "readGaugesRoodveldt.txt")
By the way for our US colleagues: metric system is mandatory here,
I guaranty: I had to change my instruments to have my glider
certified in France.
Thanks also to Roland Stuck (Asw-20 flight dynamics) and Ian Donohoe
(ADE). Without them the model would still play "Saint Gui's dance on
the runway.

***********************************************************************
NEXT STEPS:

1.Please don't ask me for the .afx etc.. I have lost them all; still
crying !
2.Photographs are in the box for a future photorealistic panel.
3.If time and courage: new .afx and add textures to at least have
"F-CFTO" painted on the fuselage and a more decent canopy.

Comments and encouragements are welcome.
