FS2002 RAF Hercules textures only for Alphasim aircraft.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This file is best read in Notepad with wordwrap turned on.

These are texture files only for the Alphasim C130 Hercules. Depicts an all grey RAF
version. You will need to buy the C130 package from Alphasim for these texture files to
work. Alphasim are at www.Alphasim.co.uk

The new texture files are 32 bit.

History
-------
The Alphasim C130 Hercules package includes a grey/green RAF version. I decided to do a
repaint of a more recent all grey RAF version.

Installation
------------
There are just two steps required to install these textures.

First copy and paste the folder 'texture.C1Grey' from this download into your
'ALPHA C-130 Hercules' directory in FS2002. The new folder ie 'texture.C1Grey'
should sit alongside your existing 'texture' folders in 'ALPHA C-130 Hercules'

Secondly, you will need to change the aircraft (config) CFG file found in your 'ALPHA
C-130 Hercules' directory. The change is to allow these new textures to show. I use
notepad to open and change the file. If you are unsure, then back-up your original
files first. Now copy and paste the following text shown between the stars below into
your aircraft config file. Where it says [fltsim.XX], you will need to enter a number
instead of XX. In my case I changed it to [fltsim.4] as this was the fourth texture
set for my C130.

description=© ALPHA Simulations 2003\n\nLockheed C-130 Hercules\n\nThe prototype C-130 first flew in 1954 and the type is still in production nearly 50 years later. The basic design was quite radical for the time but has proven to be a sound platform for numerous conversions such as tanker, rescue, gunship, recon and others. The Herc is a sturdy and reliable workhorse for both military and civilian operators in over 60 countries and continues to be upgraded and improved into the 21st century. This repaint by Paul Barry

Make sure that you save your new aircraft config.

Now just load up FS and fly!
