3) Installation

The scenery entries are automatically created and displayed in the "other sceneries" menu.

these are :

- Passenger Apron for medium to large airliners
- GA Apron for General Aviation light to medium aircraft
- Fuel Area, if you need some extra fuel before departure
- Runway 07 or Runway 25 if you want to immediate departure without performing the taxi

IMPORTANT : Never launch the scenery and don't save any flight or situation in spot view, but always in cockpit mode. When FS2002 is loading , a spot view may cause a "Building crash" due to the move of the view point.

If you want to see your aircraft in the scenery in external view, launch FS2002 in cockpit view, select slew mode (Y Key) en then select "spot view" without crash...

The scenery is very important with plenty of details and special features (special textures, rotating radar...etc...), so the frame rate could be reduced on slower machines...

You may choose from "normal" to "very dense" in the scenery complexity settings au reduce the AI aircraft density if you experience problems with the framerate.

N.B. Some FS2002 original textures are required for the correct display of this scenery.
We've normally included all the necessary specific textures in the present package, but not the common FS2002 textures.
If any texture file is missing in your scenery, send us an e-mail with a "screenshot" of the concerned object and we will send you the missing texture.

For the shareware version :
---------------------------

If you tried the freeware version before installing this shareware version, it's not necessary to remove the content of the EBCI2002\scenery and EBCI2002\texture directories. By doing this, it would not be necessary to re declare the scenery in FS2002.

If during the install process you are asked to choose between Keep or Replace an existing file, always choose the option (except if you have a special reason to not do it). By doing this, you are sure to use the latest available files.

There is also a "light" version of the taxiway lights, if the frame rate is too low with the 3D taxiway lights.

If you're looking for the best framerate and don't need the 3D taxiway lights, proceed as follows...

- rename EBCI2002signs.bgl file as EBCI2002signs.ori
- rename EBCI2002signs_lt.bg0 file as EBCI2002signs_lt.bgl

re-start FS2002...

The taxiway border lights will now appear as "normal" FS2002 taxiway lights and no more like 3D objects...

If you don't like them...you're free to do the way back...
