Unfortunatly I have not so much sparetime for a translation
of the long German readme-file into a English one.
For the improvements of the last recent version please try
to read the German file Liesmich.txt
Here you can only find the features of versions 1 to 3.
Sorry, Torsten

Improvements
------------

... of version 1 and 2:

* Now the adventure does not crashs anymore during holding
procedures.
* "Stottering" pushback is replaces by an evenly one.
* For any aircraft the user can deactivate the cabine crew.
It suppresses the calls and briefings.
* At each point in time the radar can be ask for the
descent permission.
* After the begin of descent at any waypoint only the
end-of-descent-altitude will be requested.
* Any checklist is available only once. So for instance
if you press Ctrl+L for the Before-Landing-Checklist too early
you do not hear the Descent-Checklist for the second time.
* After a missed approach now you will get the correct vectors.
* If you contact GROUND after touch down you will never hear the
taxi clearance twice. And the contact never leads to a locked
adventure.

Some of the additional features of Patch 3:

* To long pilot delays after clearances lead to a repeated clearance
and a longer delay leads to canceled clearance.
* The real change of plane coordinates is used insteed of the IAS
for taxi motion checks.
* In some situations the tower will request a stand by in the holding
position. If you line up, all clearances are canceled and the
adventure will be aborted.
* Only in planes with retractable gears the copilot will check the
gear position during his checklists. So a Cessna 182S now can be
used in expert mode, too.
* A new radar sometimes requests for a new squawk.
* Altitude, heading, speed (<=10000ft) and the new transponder code
will be checked by the radar very often!
* In beginner mode the copilot does not fly S-curves in holding
procedures.
* Now during takeoff- and landing clearances the real weather
conditions are told. So, if you are using weather add-ons or the
build in FS2000-weather generator insteed of the predefined
adventure weather, you will hear real wind speed and heading, too.
* You try to land without clearance? About 700ft about ground
the tower requests you to abort the final approach.
* The whole missed approach procedure is redesigned again. You will
never hear a wrong vector or a wrong copilot respond.
* A missed approach (Ctrl+E) now can also be done after touch down
as long as the velocity is greater than 50 KIAS.
* Your heading is watched by the radar during holding procedures, too.
* The tolerance of altitudes is reduced from 500ft to 400ft.
* The adventure priority will be dynamically changed depend from
the current system usage. So FPS are saved.

Instructions / Important notes
------------------------------

* FSCOM needs 2 ore more fixes/waypoints between the airports in your
flightplan.
* FSCOM can only handle the following flight levels:
FL020, FL025, FL030 ... FL135, FL140, FL150, FL160 ... FL041, FL042
* The additional sound files of this patch are designed for the
first copilot voice. (Nevertheless they will also work with voice 2.)
* The adventure key code for listing all adventure key codes (generally
Ctrl+X) now contacts the current radar and asks for the permission
for descent. (Expert- and Beginnermode!)
* The user can deactivate the cabine crew by the following step:
Inside FSCOM2000 during the dialogs for adventure generation options
replace the last line (aircraft type) in 'Title and Description'
by the word NOCREW (capital letters!).
* The flight plan may not contain step by step decremented altitudes!
