Cardington (UK) Airship Station for FS2004 by John McKeon - Version 2 - 17/10/2005
Note:
This will overwrite any previous Cardington installations;
if mine, then jolly good show;
if another, then please relocate the other to a safe place first.
Requires NOVA and NOVAGOLD textures in the main Texture folder,
and the Gerrish Grey Tree Library (trees_v3.zip) installed.
Installation to FS9 (FS2004)
1. Unpack the ZIP to a temporary folder, or open the ZIP in Windows Explorer.
2. Create a new folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\Cardington
3. Copy ZIP contents to the new folder.
4. Open the Cardington folder, which now contains documents and other files.
Copy "morsmoke.fx" to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\effects.
Now run FS9 and test the scenery before fitting the docking gauges.
5. Unpack "rcbco-20.zip" to a temporary folder and follow the installation instructions.
Make sure that FSUIPC is installed in the \Modules folder
Sample *.cfg files for a dirigible are in "rcbco_cfg.txt" in the Cardington folder.
Installation to FSGW3 (Golden Wings)
First install to FS9 as above, then copy the [FS9]\Addon Scenery\Cardington folder to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FSGW3\Addon Scenery.
Test before installing docking gauges.
RCBCO should be installed in FSGW3 as well, including FSUIPC in the \Modules folder.
Obviously, modifications need to be made to the GW Aircraft *.cfg files as well.
