The panel.cfg I have included is made to work seamlessly
with Peeter Johan and Eric Marciano's freeware F-16 panel. My Virtual Cockpit needs
the gauges from it as well. You can get the panel from most all of the sim sites out there.
Search for file name fullf16pnl.zip
It can also be found in the download section of the Simviation website (www.simviation.com) on
page 12 of the FS2002 panel section.Look for the F-16 panel with the file name fullf16pnl.zip

Installation: **(Remember to download Eric Marciano's freeware F-16 panel.)**
(STEP 1.) Copy and paste the Aircraft, Gauges, Effects folders and .acv files into your main FS9 folder.
(Overwrite when asked)
(STEP 2.) Copy and paste ONLY the Bitmap files from Eric Marciano's F-16 panel folder
to the panel folder of the VIPERNOR aircraft folder in FS2004.
(STEP 3.) Copy and paste the gauges from Eric Marciano's F-16 panel to
the main gauge folder in FS2004
WARNING: To work properly, the radar requires FSUIPC module, version 2.87 or higher.
You can download it on Pete Dowson's website (http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html).
You may have to activate the 2D panel at least once so that the radar will work in the VR cockpit.
If that doesn't work you'll have to reload the aircraft from the FS aircraft menu. Loading the
aircraft from the 2D panel view may also cause the radar not to show correctly in the VRcockpit. Loading
this F-16 from a saved situation may cause the radar in the VRcockpit to not show correctly or work.
Because I have made the complete pilot visible from inside the cockpit there will be some poly's blocking
your view when looking backwards. You'll have to manually move the pilot viewpoint if you want better rearward vision.
If you have active camera. You can use the .acv file presets to get better views from the cockpit. Viper_norway.acv
will give you good cockpit views.
Refer to (VC gauge guide.jpg) located in the documentaion folder for help.

Repaints:
You are welcome to make repaints as long as they remain freeware and you acknowledge that you modified my plane.
If you make repaints make sure not to use mip maps. I recommend using the program DXTBMP to insure there
will be no mip maps.
