Features:

A 1024x768 panel bitmap and panel.cfg file for use with the TBD-1 Devastator
Torpedo bomber in Combat Flight Simulator 2.
Uses default gauges from various aicraft in CFS2, mostly the F4F Wildcat.
The engine control panel works, thanks to Kwagmyre for his help on that one!
The stock CFS2 Wildcat engine control panel is used, and is included here for
easy installation.
This panel is not extensively researched, so it is in no way very accurate, but
it has a very similar layout to that of the original.
Some gauges are probably inaccurate because I'm no gauge programmer, so only stock
gauges were used. No fuel selector gauge was used because the stock gauges all include
drop tanks, and the TBD did not use drop tanks.
Many thanks to Larry Vrooman for his input on the gauges and their placements!
Also thanks to all my great friends in the CFS community who in one way
or another contributed as the work on this panel progressed.
The panel looks best with 1024x768 screen resolution, but it is tested
and works very well with resolutions ranging from 800x600x16 up to 1280x1024x32.

The file "thrust_background_640.BMP" is an original Microsoft CFS2 file,
and you can refer to the licence agreement of CFS2 for the use of that file.

The included zip file called: "tbd1_devastator.zip" is a modified original
CFS2 air file which converts the plane so that is is flyable.
Modified by Bruce Thorson.

Installation:
***************************

1. Unzip "tbd1_devastator.air" into the AICRAFT\TBD1_DEVASTATOR folder.
Remember to make a backup copy of the original file!

2. Unzip "panel.cfg", "panel_background_1024.BMP" and "thrust_background_640.BMP"
into your "AIRCRAFT\TBD1_DEVASTATOR\PANEL" folder

The files contained within this archive are virus free and will not harm your system
in any way. The only problem I experienced was a slight case of dizzyness because
I flew upside down for too long :)

Enjoy your flight!
