- unzip the pilotable update package to a temporary folder location
- !!! you must have Javiers Carrier download !!!
- from it , copy the folders ...
... and paste them in the pilotable update folder from this package
- copy or move the update folder to FSX/simobjects/airplanes
- the ship can be found under aircraft manufacturer

- I chose to use the Nimitz - Config #2 model as it seemed best suited for use in MP
- any model/texture pair could have been used
- I also chose to use only one model instead of them all to keep things simple

FEATURES such as the catapults, blast doors and the Iflols,
which Javier spent alot of time on getting right,
were designed to work in single player or with the AIcarriers2 utility
these FEATURES are RENDERED INOPERABLE when converted to a pilotable aircraft
this is a RESULT OF MY CONVERSION of his fine work, into a pilotable craft.
DO NOT BUG HIM about these issues, as they are not his fault.

REQUIREMENTS:
-FSX Acceleration or SP2
-204Mb of Hard disk free space.
RECOMMENDED ADDONS TO BE USED WITH THIS PACKAGE:
-I strongly recommend to use these carriers with AiCarriers2 freeware software by Lamont Clark. AIcarriers2 is a small
software that allows you to place and control single ships or complete naval fleets in Flight SimulatorX.
You can download the software from all major FS download sites (Flightsim, Avsim, Simviation...). A CFG file is included in this package
-Dino Catanneo's T-45 Goshawk and F-14 Tomcat. They can be downloaded from all major FS download sites.
-EZwalk camera. This utility allows you to move around an airplane, scenery or virtual cockpit, using the mouse and keyboard keys. You can
use it to walk around the carrier and discover some of her 'hidden features'. Download it from http://www.arccpro.narod.ru/index_page20.htma
INSTALLATION:
1-copy cvn_68_69.cfg into 'conf.d' folder inside your 'Aicarriers' installation
2-Copy all three folders (Simobjects, Effects and Sound) into you main FSX folder.
3-Run Aicarriers2 program and select any of the multiple carrier variations provided in this package
KNOWN ISSUES:
-Some lights won't show up at night using DX10.
-Some textures might look corrupted in DX10.
