Lockheed Martin Alenia C-27J Spartan

by Kazunori Ito

*******************************************************************************

Making C-130J was demanded.
However, I do not have the so much desire for that.
Then, might how about C-27J with the demand still..................
If G-222 is remodeled a little, it completes.................
And........,Six propellers can be practiced.
And.....,The expansion of Gear can be practiced,too...........
And........................, And.........................,

In such a reason,This C-27J Spartan was completed.
I tried to make the engine part completely newly.
It might be good in this though seems to be a little small.
Because an accurate drawing was not found, I made it from the guess from the photograph.
And,How about hanging down of Gear after it takes off?
Though I think that I succeeded.......?

--------------------------------------------------------------------

The C-27J has been developed by Lockheed Martin Alenia Tactical Transport Systems (LMATTS).
The aircraft design is based on the proven G-222 airframe from Alenia, with turboprop engines from Allison and advanced systems from Lockheed Martin.
The C-27J Spartan has the same logistical and maintenance characteristics of the Lockheed Martin C-130J Hercules Medium Tactical Airlifter, and also shares commonality of the cargo capacity.
The primary roles of the C-27J are cargo transport, troop transport and material and paratroop air drop.
The Italian Air Force has ordered 12 aircraft to replace the G.222, with deliveries starting in 2005.

[ About the installation ]

The airframe must copy the \C-27J folder as it is in the Aircraft folder of FS2002 or FS2004.

\FS2002(FS2004)
-----\Aircraft
---------\C-27J

The panel was not made this time.
I think that you may use the panel of G-222 temporarily.
Recently, the airplane is just made, and a new airframe is not downloaded.
Therefore, I don't have the gauge that makes the panel with the latest electronic equipment.
I think that I want to make the panel sooner or later because I have a photograph in the cockpit.

[ About the operations ]

A special key operation is not used for this model.

/ = Spoiler Open-Shut
SHIFT+E = Door and Cargo Bay Open-Shut

The window of cargoroom is related to the navigation light and it is lit.
Because it is a little ill-shaped when lighting in daytime, please avoid lighting in daytime. (Though it is a problem of the favor.....)

[ About the directions point in FS2004 ]

This aircraft can be basically used also with FS2004 because it is made with FSDS Ver. 2.24 .
However, the aerofoil tip might not be able to enter in the screen in the spot taking a picture view because of very wide the width of the aircraft.
Please switch to the spot taking a picture view with other aircraft when this state happens seeming this as it is because the magnification switch of the spot taking a picture doesn't operate well.
Afterwards, if this aircraft is chosen by selecting the aircraft, it is sure to be displayed by a normal magnification.
