FS2002 - DC-9 panel coupled with redesigned Virutal Dynamic Flight
Deck. Based on B717v2. jwaterseal@aol.com Jim Waters.

This file includes the B717v2 Hawaiian Airlines with actuating
control surfaces, gear, spoilers, flaps.

New in this version, with the approval from original author, is
a major redesign of the virtual components of this airplane.

To install:

Unzip gauges file into FS2002 gauge file.
Unzip Aircraft in FS2002 aircraft file.

Notes:
1) The model does not seem to include landing lights.
2) This panel will only work with the 717v2 models, as the
virtual flight deck is part of the model.
3) The original came with EDITABLE .bmp virtual flight deck panels.

My method was to change the [Vcockpit1] and [Vcockpit2] file names
to [WindowX] on a temporary basis to apply gauge placement.
Then, with a panel editor, the gauges were put in place.
The gauge positions ONLY were copied back into the [Vcockpit1] and
[Vcockpit2] files.

The author of the original file included the virtual flight deck
.bmp's which were of the B717 - I adapted those .bmp's significantly,
including my 2-D DC9/MD-80 panel from earlier this year.

I'm not a GMAX programmer at this time. Many of the .bmp files
of FS2002 are NOT recognized by MSPaint - they must apparently go
through some conversion/compile to get them editable.

This version HAD an editable file.

Although the aircraft is a B717 and NOT a DC-9, I took the
liberty of saying it's a DC-9. Of courst, the B717 is the
latest in the DC-9 family, renamed after Douglas Commercial became
part of the Boeing family.

The panel MUST BE COUPLED WITH THIS AIRCRAFT - AS THE VIRTUAL
FLIGHT DECK FILES ARE DATA NAMES IN THE MODEL FILE.
