***With a great deal of help from h2o and Daniel Pimental***

BACKGROUND:

After releasing the 737-200, I thought I'd drop a little surprise in on y'all. So Daniel, Takehiro, and I decided to finish up my 737-800 and release it. We also included some of Ben's textures, which is a good thing, because his KLM is better than mine...;-)

INSTALLATION:

Just extract to your FS2002/Aircraft folder. For now it is configured to use the default panel but there are replacements available, I use the NDK 737-800 by Andy Karlstetter which is available at most FS sites.

LEGAL:

This aircraft is freeware. It may not be uploaded to any site which requires pay for use. WE HOLD THE RIGHTS TO OUR WORK AND WILL ENFORCE THEM BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. Penalties include the process of strapping offender to CFM engine fan and giving it a quick runup...mwa-hahahahaha!

SOUNDS:

We have also uploaded a set of sounds. See the documentation for that to get those working.

REPAINTING:

Is not only allowed but encouraged. When we can get it fixed, we'll release the paint kit. No one ever looks in our initial releases anyway:P

Stipulations are:

-It must be kept free
-You must credit FlightFX as the original authors

MISCELLANEOUS:

To operate the retractable landing lights you must assign a key for tailhook. To open the door use shift+E, and to operate the airstairs you must assign a key for wingfold.

CREDITS:

-Daniel for the idea to make the -800

-Takehiro for the wing textures (thanks, mine sucked..:-) )

-Ben for all the sweet liveries

-Mike for the FDE

-Jon for the 3D fans

-Jim Campisi for the wheel textures

-James Richard Covington, Jr for use of the photo we used to make our fan textures

-Steve for painting all those 737's and for keeping me sane sometimes

-Timon for the sound clips

-Airside TV for more of 'em

-Boeing for maintaining a balance of '60's design and modern know-how to make an EXTREMELY graceful aircraft

-Foo Fighters for their music, which I basically listened to CONSTANTLY while designing this thing.

(And by the way, the APU is my GENERATOR...and it DOES fire whenever the engines quit (fans of the Foo's will get that one)!!!:P)

Enough of this BS, go fly!
