Goddard Seadrome Seaplane Base (FD46) For FSX
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am based out of Ocala, Florida and my home airport is Ocala Intl (KOCF). I enjoy flying Seaplanes/Float Planes in FSX. The problem I find is that FSX is lacking some good scenery objects for many of the seaplane bases. I decided to try my hand at adding some scenery objects to the FSX seaplane bases beginning with my home state of Florida. This is my first attempt to make flying into seaplane bases more enjoyable.I have also added ADF and VOR's to this seaplane base to make it easier to find it, since their are so many lakes and water areas in Florida, you can easily miss the actual base when trying to land.
