This scenery is freeware and was created using Airport 2.10
Detailed scenery of all Airports in Qatar. This scenery replaced all other scenerys I did befor in
Qatar (doha2.zip and qatar2.zip)! It includes the New Doha International Airport with two parallel
runways (16000 and 14000 foot lang with ILS CATIII ability) original modern glas midfield terminal
with gates and marshaller, VIP/Emiri Terminal, all hangars and buildings and more. Ferther includes
a rework / update and upgrade of the Doha International Airport (DOH/OTBD) and a simply update of
Al Udeid Air Base (OTBH) and Umm Said Airfield. Also includes the last missing airport: Al Khour
Airfield (OTBK), City of Doha and some interesting landmarks like Pearl Island and Losail
International Circuit.
This scenery was made using satellit images, photos and original flight charts by Civil Aviation Affairs.
INSTALL NOTES
SCENERY:
1st) create under your root FS98 directory a new one with the ordinary subdirectories
scenery and texture as usual.
2nd) copy all *.bgl data to the created scenery directory and all other ones (such as *.r8,
*.pat data to the created texture directory.
3rd) start the FS98 as normal, go to scenery library and add the new builded scenery
directory as you named it. link it to the correct place and set your new scenery
as local.
NOTE: > if you have the old version of any airport in Qatar installed, pease delede, deactivate
or overwrite it.
> if you wish to use Qatar without the New Doha Int'l Airport - it is possible, just do
not install the doha_new.bgl file. Using just New Doha Int'l Airport without Doha is
not possible.
Importatnt:
You should NOT install this Qatar Scenery in the same directory with Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Otherwise you will get some wrong textures on important objects!
Zum programmieren habe ich Airport 2.10 verwendet.
Diese Scenery ist Freeware, darf aber ohne mein Einverständnis nicht weitervertrieben
oder manipuliert werden.
Detaillierte Szenarie von allen Flugplätzen in Katar. Diese Scenery ersetzt alle bislang von mir
erschinenen Scenerys/Flugplätze in Katar (doha2.zip and qatar2.zip). Enthalten in dieser Scenery
sind der neue Doha International Airport mit seinen beiden 4270 und 4870 Meter langen Pisten (CATIII
tauglich), dem original nachgebauten modernen Glasterminal mit Passagierbrücken und einweisern,
VIP/Emiri Terminal, allen Hangars, Gebäuden und mehr. Weiterhin enthalten ist eine komplett
überarbeitete Version des alten/aktuellen Doha International Airport (DOH/OTBD) sowie eine einfach
überarbeitete Version der Al Udeid Airbase (OTBH) und des Umm Said Flugfeldes. Hinzu komm der noch
fehlende Flugplatz Al Khour (OTBK). Ebenfalls enthalten ist die Stadt Doha mit allen Details, die
neue Pearl Island und die Rennstrecke "Losail International Circuit".
Als Vorlage habe ich Satellitenbilder, Fotos, originale Flugkarten von Civil Aviation Affairs und
aktuelle Flughafen Informationen benutzt.
INSTALLIEREN
Szenarie:
a) lege im FS98 Scenery Ordner einen neuen Ordner mit beliebigem Namen an.
Darin die Unterordner Scenery und Texture.
b) Kopiere alle *.bgl Datein in den Scenery Ordner und alle restlichen Datein
(*.r8, *.pat ...) Dateien in den Texture Ordner.
c) Starte den FS98 und gehe in die Szeneriebibliothek. Trage den neuen Ordner
unter dem entsprechnden Namen ein und definiere ihn als lokal.
NOTIZ: > Falls Du die ältere Versionen von scenerys in Katar installiert hast - diese kannst Du
komplett löschen/ deaktivieren / überschreiben!
> Falls du diese Katar Scenery ohne den neuen Doha Airport verwenden willst - das ist
möglich - einfach die doha_new.bgl weglassen. Umgekehrt, also nur den neuen Doha Airport
ohne Doha zu verwenden, geht nicht!
Wichtig: Du solltest diese Scenery nicht im Ordner andere Scenerys (speziell Dubai oder Abu Dhabi)
installieren, da sonst an manchen Stellen falsche Texturen erscheinen werden.

in the fall (autumn) of this year to go on a trip around the world with my girlfriend!
