Pickup Truck for FS2004

This pickup is not supposed to any particular make, it's just a well built pickup that'll take the hardships and bumps of FS2004 roads.

As with any vehicle, speed is critical. You can't expect to take a 90 degree turn at 60mph. If your in the woods your going to hit a tree or maybe a telephone pole. You can also crash if you hit a sharp bump while traveling at a high rate of speed or taking a very large jump at high speed.

FS roads were meant to be seen from above, not to drive on but that's what makes them fun and challenging.
At times the road or highway may just end. If it does it can often be found further on. If you get lost your GPS is not much help for roads to not appear on the GPS or the main Map. Look for power lines and follow them, they will usually cross a highway somewhere.

Some overhanging trees can crash you. Stay clear of tree branches if you can. When the road gets real rough, slow down to thirty or forty mph and you'll survive the bumps. If your taking a long trip save your flight often. If the road suddenly turns vertical on a slope, drive around it.

Bridges in FS2004 can't be driven on so if you run into a deep body of water you'll have to find another route or switch to a speedboat or something to get across where you can switch back to the pickup. You can find my Speedboat on this web site.

I've downloaded a lot of vehicles for FS2004 and none of them handle as well as this pickup. It won't wander or keep turning after you want it to stop. It may not be pretty but it can do the job.

Have fun.
