This is my first attempt to make a collection of the aircraft flying arround my airport. So far I'm repainting the original textures of the aircraft. This Mil-Mi-8 painted in colors of Croatian airforce (HRZ-Hrvatske zracne snage) is is combination of Mostyn Gales
model, and the texutre repaint by Vlad Zhyhulskiy. I finde that the model by Vlad Zhyhulskiy is not quite accurate to the real one, but the texture is very close to Croatian. So I did some modification, and with the original model finaly get a good "Hip"(missing sound, and panel) simmilar to the live acft flying at Pula int.(LDPL).
Small review of Mi-8 serving with HRZ.
The first one was captured by croatian army during the war and is named "stara frajla"("Old Lady"). Soon after Croatia has bought several Hips
for transport purposes. Today Hips are very helpful in firefighting, SAR, and hospital flights arround thousand of islands along Adriatic sea.
