FS2002.

Messerschmitt Me329

The Me329 was originally designed in 1942 but never came into production. Only a wood mockup was ever built and the Me329 was not pursued due to development time. Plus the Me410 was proving to be a much more hopefull design. The Me329 would have had a 2 man crew. The craft would have been armed with four MG 151\/20 20mm cannons mounted in the nose and two MK 103 30mm cannons in the wing roots. The rear cannon was operated by the second crew member via a periscope system. The Me329 intended role would have been a heavy fighter\/bomber and would have been capable of carrying 2400Kg of bombs. This version of the Me329 is a single seat Aero Racer done in imaginary colours, equiped with a smoke display system, and modern cockpit instruments.

Extract the files to a temp folder, the horten folder will then be found in
a folder called "Me_329", copy the Me_329 folder and then
paste this folder directly into the "Program files/Microsoft games/FS2002/Aircraft" folder.
I have also included the P38F lightening guages as I was not sure if they are in the standard fs2002 guages folder, they
can be found in guages folder in the Me_329 aircraft directory - just copy and paste into the FS2002 guages folder.
The aircraft will now be available to fly.

Model, animation, cockpit and cockpit views e.t.c. all produced by myself.

All guages are default guages from FS2002 Pro aircraft.

Thanks to Trev Morson for recording DC3 engines and producing the sound files - they sound right for the Me 329.
