These files will add extra scenery to Madurai airport - terminals, fencing, hangars, vehicles and so on.
This is a very simple scenery (absolutely no rocket science involved in its construction!) made using Rwy12 Object Placer: in order to see these additions in FS, you must have Rwy12 Object Placer installed, or you will see nothing extra at all. If you do not have this software on your PC, please read the enclosed tutorial (Rwy12 v1.2 tutorial.pdf) using Adobe Reader (free download if you don't have it already). Rwy12 is a relatively straight forward one-time-only (and free!) installation. The programme, the three libraries and an extra tutorial can be downloaded from AVSIM too:

Extract the zip file to a temporary location and then move the folder 'Madurai_VOMD' to wherever you store your addon scenery files. Don't forget to activate the scenery in FS9 in the usual way (lots of tutorials on line if you are not accustomed to this).
