This second release of my scenery "much more realistic" has been done with the extraordinary support provided by people, real pilots and others who sent me a huge amount of reports, documents, and various pictures of the "real world" airport. Many thanks to them and especially to Alain Azoulay, Laurent Denis, George Piat and Robert Pelletier. They also spent a lot of time, as also did Jean-Philippe Pierard and Michel Vanderhaeghen for the latest version, as "Beta-testers" of this scenery at various stages of its evolution.
I also had the opportunity to perform a flight from and around Toussus-le-Noble an to visit the Aero Club Air France facilities with Alain Azoulay. That helped me for a large part to improve this scenery.
Many thanks also for the numerous "flightsimmers" whos sent me congratulations, and encouragements after the previous release.
This "new" scenery has some "graphical" changes more photorealistic buildings, more night textures, VFR check points added (water tower near RBT vor, "Château de Dampierre", "Château de Breteuil", "étangs de Hollande") and a major technical change...the refuelling area was modified for greater realism. But unfortunately, the refuelling truck will not come to the parking on request...So you have to stop the airplane in front of the "TOTAL" house with the engine(s) on "idle" position for simulate refuelling. (the refuelling area ins not designed but is "active" at this place)
To discover these changes, take-off from rwy 25L, directly after take-off, fly heading 244°, after a few minutes, you'll see on your left side the "Château de Breteuil" and after that, the "Château de Dampierre", at this moment cycle your NDB receiver on 315 Mhz (HOL) and after about 6 to 7 minutes (with a C172, DR400 or similar), you'll reach the lakes "étangs de Hollande"...fly around them and go back to the RBT VOR (Rambouillet) - 114,70 Mhz, when reached, turn heading 070° et you'll reach the Sierra entry point that allows you to land on the runway of your choice...
