FS2002 aircraft

KZ-IV "Zonen" v2.1
by Ole Egholm.

The KZ-4 is a Danish vintage aircraft build by Kramme and Zeuthen. OY-DIZ is still flying, and is a part of the Danish vintage Aircraft collection in Stauning. It can be seen every year at the annual airshow; the KZ-rally.

Features:

-Fully animated model; all control surfaces, flaps, and door -authentic textures
-Panel (not realistic yet)
-Virtual panel (not realistic yet)
-Other FS2002 features; lights and spinning props.

I build this version of the plane to get to know the Gmax features. I'll update it if I can find the original KZ-drawings. Until then the visual model will not be 100% correct. The plane uses default FS2002 sounds and gauges.

Install: Unzip in your /aircrafts- folder (enable use folder-option)

Specs:

Span : 16,00 m
Wingarea : 30,0 m2
Empty weight : 1378 kg
Max weight : 2100 kg
Crusie speed : 180 km/h
Max speed: 215 km/h
Landing speed: 68 km/h
Ceiling : 4500 m

Engines:

Originally two 130 hp Gipsy Major I,
but later replaced by the 145 HP Gipsy Major X

I still need to work with the flight dynamics, if you turn to quickly, the plane will probably tilt!!!! And be gentle when applying brakes, or you'll get a nose-over.

The screenshots are taken at Stauning 2002, included in the great Jylland2002 Airports scenery-package to be found at www.fsteam.dk

Also look there for my other creations...
And once again, remember that this is a "prototype"! (my first plane...)

Happy flying!
