This CFS panel is for the Junkers Ju-88 (Turn the window off:shift+1). A wideangle cockpitview is encloded as second window (shift+2).
Sorry, you cannot use it for CFS1 or FS98, because the panel.bmp is a 24-bitmap.
It is a pitty that this famous multitask aircraft is hard to find for flightsimulations. you can use the default Ju-88 from CFS1 or CFS2 (if there is one) or you take one of those simple ones you can find at SurClaro. An excellent one you can find at Alphasimulations under payware-downloads:

Sorry, I can not recommend any good freeware for the Ju-88.

Panel into the aircraft-folder of your Ju-88.
