Please note: This version fully replace the former version 2.0 november 2005. To avoid problems is strongly adivised to remove it before installing the new one. this new version address some problems with textures arosed during some repaints. modified also the seating of the plane on the runway.
The ICP Savannah is one of the top selling ultralights in Europe. It is dependable and easy to fly. Its STOL performance makes it easy to operate from any airfield. The Savannah is also a very good airplane for cross-country flights during which one can appreciate its great stability.
The package contains two models, one with wheel covers and one without, and two texture sets, Italian and Canadian.
Model has working VC panel and can be flight from Virtual Cockpit only. Picture contained in the documents/$readme folder shows the panel in the new layout.

Unzip all files contained in SavFS9_38.zip into in a temporary folder. After extraction You'll find two folders , Aircraft and Gauges and some other files and this text.
2) copy or move the Aircraft folder into ..\Microsoft Games\Flight simulator 9 folder.
3) copy or move the Gauges folder into ..\Microsoft Games\Flight simulator 9 folder.
4)Then launch Flight Simulator 9 and you'll find two Savannah models, one with wheel covers and the other without with their respective pictures listed in the Select aircraft window under ICP Italy as aircraft manufacturer.
5) that's all and have a good time!
6) double check everything before e-mailing me! the most of problems I am asked to solve are due to not having read readme files!!

I'm not very well versed with english so it is not always easy to write down these notes, so I have found in a freeware model from a famous Flight designer ,Tim Piglet Conrad, the following note that reflect perfectly what I want to say about my works:
"This model was built to the best of my skills, knowledge, and simply to my own tastes and standards.
If something is "missing", or "wrong", oh well, you got it for a good price:-) For a one-man shop, I think I do pretty well:-p
As for repaints, new versions, etc. I have no idea if, when, or what. So please, no "placing orders".
These files shouldn't harm your computer, but I accept no responsability for their use and effect.
Play with it,do repaints, give to friends or enemies, but do not make money off of it without my express approval. This also goes for any other peoples' files in this release.
Also,if you want to re-post the plane, or its repaints, on your site, or another site, please ask me first:) I usually say yes, unless my plane been too corrupted or hacked by you or others.
I only upload my models to my web site and to SurClaro, and Simviation.com. If you find one of my planes anywhere else, I cannot guarantee its integrity. Whoever re-posted the plane might be better able to help you if you have any trouble, if he did any mods and left an e-mail addy
