If you have a previous version of Hangar Manager installed, please use the Windows Add/Remove Programs utility to uninstall it. Then install this package (by running setup.exe) into the directory where you had the older version installed so that you won't have to re-enter locations, registration info etc. (The uninstall program will leave the previous initialization files alone).
If you don't have a previous version of Hangar Manager installed, just run the setup.exe program to install.
