Installation instructions:
Place the ALHB Airport.flt file in your My Documents/Flight Simulator Files folder.
Place the alhb folder in your main FS9 directory (folder).
Start FS9, go to the settings menu in the opening screen, click on "Scenery Library" then click on "Add Area", click on the alhb folder once, then OK. Click OK on the main screen and exit FS9. Start FS9 one more time to update the library and the scenery.cfg file. Exit again without going into the scenery area. Open FS9 with windows explorer to it's root directory. Open the scenery.cfg file using notepad. The last entry at the bottom will be the new alhb airport. Paste this line at the bottom of it:

Exclude=N46 30.6495,W120 28.1630,N46 29.3705,W120 27.1223,all

then save the changes. Back it up first if you like incase you make any mistakes. It should look something like this: (The area # and layer# may be different)

[Area.038]
Title=Addon Scenery
Local=Addon Scenery
Layer=38
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Remote=
Exclude=N46 30.6495,W120 28.1630,N46 29.3705,W120 27.1223,all

If you don't add the Exclude line, you'll have trees and houses in the airport.
Start FS9 again and select ALHB Airport from the list, it will place you on runway 34 in the Cessna Grand Caravan. The tower view is actually in the tower.
This is my first attempt at creating an airport, I spent many hours checking for problems and fixing them. Hopefully, I got them all.
Frequencies:
Runway 34 ILS: 109.5
Runway 16 ILS: 111.1
VOR: 110.0
Ground: 122.1
Tower: 123.1
I used AFCAD and SceneGenX to create this airport.
I use YRoute and TrafficTools to create ATC flights.
