INSTALLATION WITH FS 2004:
1.) Unzip all the files into a directory of your choice (e.g.: C:\WETTER) and start SETUP.EXE. After installation start SETUPWET.EXE in your WETTER folder. This program will copy the files to their destination directories and setup WETTER 2004.
You must use SETUPWET.EXE once before using WETTER 2004!
OR (if you don't want do use the setup utility SETUPWET.EXE):
1.) Run SETUP.EXE. Copy all the files except the files named under 2. into a directory of your choice
(e.g.: C:\WETTER).
2.) IMPORTANT: WETTER is a Visual Basic program, which needs the VB6 runtime files.
You should have these files in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, if you have installed any VB6 programme before.
If VB reports an error about missing files, please download and install VBRUN60.EXE from my web site or anywhere else in the Internet.
3.) Start WINDOWS explorer, and search for the directory, where you installed WETTER.
Create an entry in the WINDOWS desktop menu.
4.) If you ever want to uninstall WETTER 2004 use the uninstallation utility.
5.) If SETUPWET.EXE fails for some reason do this:
a.) Run SETUP.EXE. This copies all the files into a directory of your choice (e.g.: C:\WETTER).
b.) Open WETTER2k.CFG with a text editor and change the settings
