Unzip contents, copy bitmaps and panel.cfg files to folder of your choice (usually appropriately names ie. ....../Aircraft/Panels/Dash 8)
Gauges and CAB files(do not unzip cab files) to your /gauges folder, alias aicrraft panel file to ....../Aircraft/Panels/Dash 8 or whatever folder unzipped tour bitmaps and .cfg files.
