Drag and drop the file from the texture folder into:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Effects\texture
Drag and drop the file from the FX folder into:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Effects
To replace original Microsoft textures:
Un-install Xtreme Real Life Lightning 2 texture's...and...
