FS2002/FS2004 features for the pilotable WWII IJN destroyer Kagero (download from Usio no Ibuki required).
This Addon can also be used for the other ships of that class like Yukikaze, Fubuki and Hatsuyuki.
This are very detailed CFS2 models without VC. They are from Masazumi Kaneko from Usio no Ibuki.
My AddOn provides a pilotable ship with bridge, AA-gun-, Fire control- and 5 deck views, plus sounds and special effects.
Bitmaps and configuration by Erwin Welker
1. Install my folder "IJN Destroyer Kagero" with my panel, sound, aircraft.cfg and airfile first.
2. Copy the Gauges and Effects into the mainfolder of FS2004/2002. I can't test my addon in FS2002 but normally all CFS2 stuff runs in FS2002 and also the gauges and effects should work.
3. Make a download from:
http://www.geocities.jp/usio_no_ibuki/index.htm
Choose - "Ships" - "Destroyers" - "Kagero" or other ships from that class (in that case please edit the names in the aircraft.cfg)
4. Copy from the zipfile !!only!! the Model and the Texture into the folder for the pilotable version, named "HMS Lance"
!!!Do not copy the sim.cfg! It is only for ai-ship!!!

Features:
Initiate all of the effects with the L-key, fire the depth charges by using the key or the switches for strobe lights, use the Smoke system for the guns and their effects, like watersplashes from the AA-guns at port and starboard.
The explosions at 3 and 9 o'clock are time delayed and should simulate a torpedo hit. You can initiate the effect with the strobe light switch at the AA-guns.
Views: Use the numpad keys. For some extra views please hit key5 first (shift funktion) and then other numbers regarding the desired direction. (5&2 = bow view)
