Rotor Blads only show the white disk and 3D blades at this time not the Transparent Textures.
Yes the Cockpit frame is 3D meaning the Cockpit is NOT using Transparent Textures!
This is to look close to the RAH-66 Comanche, it is not a diehard model at this time.
