The Hughes 300 light helicopter evolved from the Model 269 which first flew in 1955. The simulation presented is a 1960 Model 300. Production at Hughes Aircraft continued through the Model 300C, In 1983 US production rights were sold to the Schweizer Aircraft Company. Thousands of these efficient little helicopters are in use all over the world in a variety of roles.
Installation: Just unzip the install.zip into your main fs98 directory and the copter will be there when you boot up. Running lights are controlled by "L", Strobes by "O" and the spotlight by "control/L". The radio stack is accessed by "shift/2"
