If you would like to hear flap and gear retraction sounds for any aircraft that aliases to the Extra 300 sound folder, Then drop the sound.cfg file from this folder into The FS2002\Aircraft\Extra300\sound subfolder. If you would like to be able to reinstall the original config file then first backup the Sound.cfg file for the extra 300 by renaming it to Sound_Orig.cfg, FS2002 will only search for the file named sound.cfg and will disregard Sound_orig.cfg. To reinstall the default sound.cfg file first open the FS2002\Aircraft\Extra300\sound subfolder and confirm the 2 files Sound.cfg and Sound_orig.cfg. First delete the file named Sound.cfg, second rename the file sound_orig.cfg to sound.cfg.
This replacement Sound.cfg file only adds flap and gear sounds, does not change the original Extra 300 engine/prop sounds, and does not add any wav sound files.
It uses default FS2002 wav files.
