The files provided are freeware. There are not cost on use it, but these files still remain the intellectual property of the author. You are not allowed to redistribute any of these files without the author permission.
Extract the content of the zip file, and place the "Fokker_F28_AI" folder into your FS2004/FS9 aircraft folder. Try to find AI flightplans for the Citilink (Indonesia), TAME and Icaro Air (Ecuador), associate the aircrafts provided and compile. That's all.

In case of you'll made repaints for this model (you are not allowed to modify the original textures), a paintkit is also avaible (Photoshop format).
