The "F" model of F-84 differs from the "C" model in that its wings are swept back 40 degrees; its tail and elevator are swept back and it has a smaller canopy and redesigned windscreen.
This texture was made to resemble the plane flow by Richard Bach until 1962, and depicted in the book "Stranger to The Ground". It belonged to the Air National Guard and was trasfered to Europe during Operation StairStep.
