APU Fire Procedure

- APU Fire Shutoff Handle: PULL/ROTATE

If the fire warning remains illuminated:

When in flight:
- LAND AT NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT

When on ground:
- Power Switch: BAT
- Ground Control: NOTIFY
- Passenger Evacuation: INITIATE (SEE PROCEDURE)
- Throttle/Autothrottle: IDLE/DISENGAGE

Passenger Evacuation Procedure

Captain:
- Parking Brake: SET
- Speed Brake Lever: DOWN DETENT
- Start Levers: CUTOFF
- Evacuation: INITIATE
- Engine and APU Fire Shutoff Handles: OVERRIDE AND PULL
- Fire Extinguishers: DISCHARGE

First Officer:
- Flap Lever: 40 DEGREES
- Standby Power Switch: BAT
- Outflow valve: OPEN (MAN DC)
- Tower: NOTIFY

- Landing Gear: DOWN (270KTS MAX)
- LAND AT NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT

- Engine Fire Shutoff Handle: ROTATE TO REMAINING BOTTLE
