[ ] Allowable T.O. Weight - Checked
[ ] Park brakes - ON
[ ] Battery Master Switch - On
[ ] Fuel Gauges - Check Amount of Fuel
[ ] Automatic Pilot - Off
[ ] Lights - On (night only)
[ ] Flight Controls - Free
[ ] Crossfeed - Off
[ ] Trim Tabs - Neutral
[ ] Fuel Selector - OFF
[ ] Mixtures - Idle Cut-Off (Max Lean)
[ ] Pitot Heater - Off

ENGINE START
Press CTRL+E to initiate engine autostart sequence, or:
FUEL COCKS MUST BE UP AND BATTERY MASTER SWITCH MUST BE ON AND MIXTURE SET TO RICH BEFORE CTRL +E WILL START ENGINES.
[ ] Check Park brake is - ON
[ ] Fuel selector - All
[ ] Battery Master Switch - ON
[ ] Generator 1 Master Switch - ON
[ ] Generator 2 Master Switch - ON
[ ] Call "CLEAR" to ground crew
[ ] Engine 2 Fuel Cock Set to - P1+P2 (Green)
[ ] Turn Magneto/Start Switch to Start
[ ] When engine fires let switch return to - Both
[ ] Wait for Fuel Pressure to rise to 5 lbs (May take 12-18 sec)
[ ] Repeat the above for engines 3 and then for engine 1
[ ] Check Both Generators are charging

Before Taxi
[ ] Crew and Passengers Aboard and Door Secured
[ ] Radios - On, Set and Checked
[ ] Radio Direction Finder On and Set
[ ] Altimeters - Set
[ ] Clock - Set
[ ] Gyros - Caged
[ ] Flight Controls - Free
[ ] Release Park Brake
[ ] Taxi to near end of runway

Engine Run-Up
[ ] Set Park brake - ON
[ ] Check all controls
[ ] Check all gauges
[ ] Run engine to Full rpm then adjust mixture to Max RPM
[ ] Ignition- Each Engine - 1,250 RPM, Magnetos to L, BOTH, R, then back to BOTH on each engine
[ ] Fuel Pumps - Each Engines - change fuel cock to P1 then P1+P2 then P2 then back to P1+P2 (max drop of 1 lbs)
[ ] Check Battery Volts
[ ] Check Both Generator Amps output
[ ] Idle engines
[ ] Check All Instruments and Gauges - Normal

Before Takeoff
[ ] Check passengers seated
[ ] Check - Fuel Selector - All Tanks
[ ] Check - Fuel Amount is ok
[ ] Runway is clear
[ ] Release Park Brake
[ ] Taxi onto runway and line up with center of runway
[ ] Gyros - Set and Uncaged

Take Off
[ ] Ease Throttle open to 1,600 RPM
[ ] When rolling increase throttle to full
[ ] Hold yoke slightly forward untill tail lifts
[ ] Ease back on Yoke at 70 mph
[ ] At 300 ft agl reduce RPM to 1,800
[ ] Do NOT Exceed 1,950 RPM

Climb
[ ] Reduce to 1,800 RPM
[ ] Trim Elervator to climb at 85 mph
[ ] Lean mixture slightly at 4,500 ft
[ ] Climb about 80-90 mph TAS
____________________________________
Cruise
[ ] Adjust RPM to 1,700 to 1,775 rpm (100-103 mph)
[ ] Adjust Mixtures to 36-39 GPH fuel usage (at 5,000 ft)-(check Ref sheet for other Altitudes)
[ ] Fuel Selector - To Desired Cruise Tanks
[ ] Turn Auto pilot master switch ON,
[ ] Turn Autopilot Compass - ON, Standby - OFF
[ ] Adjust course by clicking on Auto/p Zero Adj knob
[ ] To change Altitude Turn Auto/p OFF and Climb/Decend to new Alt and Turn Auto ON and Compass - ON Standby - Off

Decending
[ ] Automatic Pilot - Off
[ ] Adjust throttle and elervator to decend at no more than 110 mph
[ ] Leval out at 800 ft AGL and slow to 70 mph by your final approach

Before Landing
[ ] Altimeters - Set
[ ] Fuel Selector - To All
[ ] Mixtures - 7/8 Rich
[ ] Ignition - Check

Landing
[ ] Line up Runwayand decend slowly
[ ] Touch down at 60 mph
[ ] When tail settle down hold back on yoke lightly
[ ] Let plane slow to less than 20 mph before turning off runway
[ ] Use Brake Lightly ONLY

After Landing
[ ] Taxi to parking area
[ ] Set Parking brake - ON
____________________________________
Shut Down
[ ] Turn Engine 1 Magneto/Start Switch to - OFF
[ ] Turn Engine 1 Magneto/Start Switch to - OFF
[ ] Turn Engine 1 Magneto/Start Switch to - OFF
[ ] Turn Fuel Cock's - OFF
[ ] Set Mixture to - Cut Off Lean
[ ] Fuel Selectors - Off
[ ] Radios - Off
[ ] Turn Both Generators - Off
[ ] Battery Main Switch - Off
[ ] Open cabin door for passengers to alight
[ ] Do a internal visual check and close door
[ ] Close Cabin door on exit
[ ] Do a external visual check
[ ] You may have the rest of the day off and go fishing if you like.
