LOCKHEED L-1011 TRISTAR PANEL FOR FS2000 FIX

****For people experiencing system crashes with the L-1011 panel. The fault lies with the HGBD Autopilot gauge, particularly the autothrottle.****
This will change the autopilot to a system that uses alternate, default autopilot switches and readouts instead of the the buggy autopilot that was crashing FS2000 sometimes. This fix is rock solid and should enable trouble-free L-1011 flying. It's not as accurate to the real aircraft's layout, but is still attractive and the best we have until someone builds an L-1011 panel from scratch for FS2002! (Hint, hint, Darim!)
I also included cockpit view bitmaps so now you have cockpit views when you look to your 10 o'clock position, etc. If you don't want to use them, don't copy them to your L-1011 panel folder. I know they're the 737, but I can't find good L-1011 cockpit views. They're close enough for the time being. :-)
Installation:
Copy the .gau file to your gauge folder and overwrite old file.
Everything else goes in your L-1011 panel folder. Overwrite the old files.
