Place the panel folder in the F-15C folder of your chioce and overwrite when prompted. Place all the guages into the GUAGES folder in your main FS2002 folder. There will be no need to overwrite any you already have installed.
**********Extra Installation**********
If you wish to have the cockpit 'Cold and Dark' (no engines or avionics on) when you start a flight, simply add this line below guage37 in your panel.CFG under the [Window00]:
gauge38=Dark_Cockpit!Dark_Cockpit, 0,0,10,10
