After tweaks, this AC actually flys better than the V-22 Osprey, and just as good
as the Harrier (although not as fast). It had 4 engines, but I only needed 2 (you
can pretend it has 4-heehee). It will do 583 kts, which is fast enough.

You can learn to fly this AC in one afternoon, especially if you have flown the
V-22 , the Harrier, or helicopters. It has SPOILER to slow you to under 200 kts,
at which time you can lower gear. It has reverse thrust, and playing with it you
can use it to make turns, as a STRONG wind (15 kts or more) will effect how it
handles on taxi. When it bogs down, use reverse to 'complete' your turn. Keep
wind 8 kts or under. Wind does NOT help lift it off (flaps) so you can fly with no
wind. It still lifts off easy with full flaps and full throttle.

For landing, you'll note that shutting off throttle slows it down on it's own, without
the use of the spoiler. May have to give it throttle to land it at an exact spot.
Spoiler helps to slow, but it desends without it. Flaps have SOME drag, and of
course, lift (but not much). Check for green 'B' on panel (means air 'Brake').

It is supposed to be a heavy AC, with 20 souls, fuel, and cargo, but I left it kinda
light, with no load out (but you can do it to try it out fully loaded). It has floats,
and will land on water at 100 kts, if you have to do it. It lifts off easy off of water.

To take off, full flaps, full throttle, then retract spoiler (ck panel-tip *) then 3 flaps.
It will speed up, retract gear around 150 to 200 kts, and hold on. Removing the
last flap will allow top speeds. Manage throttle wisely. It will turn LEVEL (no bank
required) if you do it SLOWLY. If you want 'sudden turn', then use spoiler to help
'whip' it around. Of course, it will slow, so watch speed (throttle). It a lot of fun to
fly. Sound is fantastic (thanks Eric Cantu) and if you fly panel, the noise is not
annoying. Rather pleasant, and of course super model by Kaz (again). I did not
use auto pilot (forgot-having too much fun 'hand' flying it), and did not see an
icon for radios or GPS (my bad). So you might want to wedge your favorite IFR
panel, if you want, and it should work, as cfg and air have all the AP sections.

I did not mention using 'pitch trim', because you don't need it with this AC, unless of
course you moved it one way or another, and then all you have to do is to do a
'Z' (to activate AP, from any view), followed by 'Ctrl+Z' for 'Alt Hold', which will auto
level and auto sets pitch trim. Then just hit 'Z' to deactivate AP and hand fly it.

The tip (*) above is to map a button to do 'View (snap to panel view)' in the
controls\assignments menu. How many times were you on approach, in spot view
and wanted to take a quick peek at a guage, or to see if air brake was on, or
to use GPS to line up in the glide path? Lots, for me. This mod will allow you to
press and hold button/key you assigned (pref a keyboard key, like the 'F' key
which is not used by the Sim (FS9 or FSX)) which will snap to 2D panel view,
and when you let go of key, you will be back to the view you were at, even if it's
the VC, or spot, or even tower view. Neat, huh. There is a slight delay if you did
not 'register' (ie: look at) your 2D panel before. Otherwise it's instantaneous.

I 'fixed' this in one day, off and on, with chores, etc interupting. Usually it would
take me 1 week(?). So, it was very satisfying, and hope you like. Drop Kaz an
email to let him know you enjoy his models. He is so prolific, and so 'right on'. The
reason I tweaked it is that 'they' attempted to use the V-22, the Harrier, and the
M1000 Mule cfg and air files (what a MESS it was-my goodness!) and left
some things out, changed (for the worse) some other things, and it was just
'not right'. It would be a shame, such a beautiful model. So I tweaked it. Cheers.
