Mixtures=Idle, Throttle=15in MP, Props=1400 1=Taxi=Mixtures=Auto Rich, Props=1700 Throttle=40in MP, Rudders/Differential Brakes/Single Engine thrust. 2=Line up on runway, Parking brakes=ON. 3=Ready to fly the DC-3 ? [2] 0=Throttles=Slowly to 48in M/P, Props=2700, Mixtures=Full Rich, Right Rudder for Torque. 1=Cowl-Flaps OUT, 20 degree Flaps, release Parking Brakes. 2=At 20 knots, push Yoke forward slightly for tail to lift, Rotation=75-85 kts. 3=Pull Back Yoke, Gear UP, At 800' AGL, Flaps=UP, Cowling flaps IN. 4=Climb=110 kts/500 feet per minute. [3] 0=Throttles=40in M/P, Props=2550, Mixtures=Auto Rich. Adust trim. 1=Conserving Fuel.. Throttles=36in M/P, Props=2350, Mixtures=Auto Lean. 2=CHT=Always below Red line. 3=Slow Cruise... [5] 0=Fly the pattern=110knts, Approach=90knts. 1=Reduce power=25in M/P, Cowl-flaps OUT, Props=1750, Mixtures=Auto lean. Adjust trim. 2=Push Yoke slightly forward for descent.. 3=To level off, increase power to original cruise settings.
