description=In December 3011, Hark Aerospace was commissioned by the Chicago Police Department to build 30 'flying police cruisers'. The result was the VTOL POLICE INTERCEPTOR version of the Stratocruiser, a beauty of a vehicle, capable of cruising the skies at 350 KIAS, and able to hover and land or take off from just about anywhere. Featuring state of the art Anti-Grav technology and forward-mounted machine guns, this muscular copcar is a force to be reckoned with.
Staff and budget shortages have our intrepid Supervisor working 12 to 16 hour shifts with no partner. He's a little trigger-happy, has bad habits and doesn't smile much, but he's a damn good cop.
