For the great combat flightsim: Rowan's Battle of Britain.

This is a joystick configuration file for CH Products HOTAS
setup consisting of Fighterstick USB, Pro Pedals USB, and
Pro Throttle USB.

Requires CH control manager version 2.0 or higher (the
version on the CD is usually a older version so you need
to upgrade): available at www.chproducts.com,
in the retail gaming site, tech support section.

Drop the .cms file & .map file into Control Manager/Maps folder.

Toebrakes are installed and work well.

Mode change is the throttle mouse button, and shift key is stick
key 4 (pinkie).

To reset all trims (elevator, rudder, etc.) simultaneously
derpress the mouse button (thottle button 1 and the pinkie
button (stick button 4).

To break the wire and use WEP (emergency power), simulaneous
mouse, pinke, and side (stick button 3).

These last 2 mappings are on Control Manager CMS buttons
CMS.1 and CMS.2 and use CMS script.

The 3 finger buttons on the throttle suggest themselves
whenever the choice is between 3 simular commands. In mode
3 (takeoff / landings) these three buttons are flaps up,
gear, and flaps down. You can't accidently damage these
if you aren't in mode 3!
In mode 2 (flying as the Gunner) these three buttons choose
nose, dorsal, or ventral gunner positions.
In the most commonly used mode 2, they work with hat 3 to
layout many of the padlock features. ALT, CNTRL, and SHIFT
are on these three buttons and the F1, F2, F3, F4 are on
throttle hat 3 (see throttle template).

I use a different method of applying trim then most folks :),
a fast trim (one tap of the throttle hat 1 sends 8 successive
virtual keyboard taps); and a slow trim (1 hat tap sends 1
virtual keytap). To change to the BDG method of holding down
the virtual trim key by holding the hat in one position,
just change the map entries in the boxes, like for instance
"CTL KBEND" instead of "NULL CTL KBEND".

The little fighterstickc wheel cycles inside / outside views.

Fighterstick button 3 is the fast padlock key: padlock
central enemy, or (shifted) padlock subject of last message.

Notice the Ju87 functions on fighterstick hat 2.

Figure out the rest, then remap it to your own liking.
Which pretty much means you'll want to change most
everyting :).
