CFS Macro - Dodge WC-57 4x4 - Api Macro
CFS Version of a WWII ground vehicle.

Crysler-Dodge produced the WC-57, 3/4 ton, 4x4, Command Car, from 1942 to 1944, part of the Dodge 3/4 ton WC series of trucks. The Command Car was used for transporting officers and for reconnaissance missions. Its distinctive profile made it a target, however, and production was soon phased out. The WC-57 differs from the WC-56 Command Reconnaissance Car in that the WC-57 was equipped with a winch and had a longer frame to accomodate it.

The Lt. Gen. Patton uses a Dodge WC-57 as Command Car from North Africa to Germany campaigns.

All information to develop the api macro and the textures, was taken from the site www.o5m6.de, "Engines of the Red Army", with the webmaster's permission.

I have created this api macro with Easy Object Designer (EOD), Version 2.2.85 (© Matthias Brückner), to generate a static Dodge WC-57, with use of BMP transparent textures and "soft shading" option for round objects, like the wheels, oriented to CFS scenery designers and that they work with Airport 2.0 or later.

This macro was tested only in CFS1 sceneries, but I believe that can work without problems in CFS2-3 and FS2000-2002.

All mine API macros, could be included on objects libraries with crash detection (for CFS missions), but must be distributed with the original API-MACRO copyright.
