his email to prove it.

If your new airplane explodes in mid air it has nothing to do with me...You should have checked the oil level in the engine and practice your short runway landings... Therefore...No guarantees, no legal warranties, of any kind are offered. As there is no exchange of legal 'consideration', in legal terms this means it is free, the donor (that's me) is therefore protected from any sort of legal action from the donees (that's you). What does all that mean ? Absolutely nothing... I mean how could you possible sue me if you don't know who I am ? But since every modeler and repainter says similar things in their packages I tough I would do the same !!
